Privacy Policy

Privacy is the reason ingeniascale exists, so this policy is written to be read. It explains what we collect when you visit this website or apply to work with us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

ingeniascale (“we”, “us”) provides management services to adult content creators. We are responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach us about anything in this policy at management@ingeniascale.com.

What we collect

When you apply. The application form asks for your name or stage name, email address, page link or handle, main platform, a monthly revenue range, anything else you choose to tell us, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.

When you contact us. The content of emails and direct messages you send us, and the details that come with them, such as your email address or social media handle.

Before we work together. To confirm you are 18 or older, we check an identity document. We use it only for that check and keep it only as long as the law or the platforms require.

When you browse. Like any website, our host (Vercel) may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used only to keep the site secure and running.

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. To count visits we use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that works without cookies and does not identify you personally. Our fonts are served from our own server, so visiting does not send your data to third-party font services.

Applying tells us that you create, or plan to create, adult content. We know how sensitive that is, and we treat everything you send us as confidential.

How we use it

• To review your application, reply to you and, if you want one, prepare your audit.
• To provide our services if we go on to work together, under a separate written agreement.
• To keep this website and our systems secure.
• To meet our legal obligations.

We never sell your information, never add you to marketing lists without asking, and never make decisions about you by automated means alone.

Our legal basis

Where data protection laws such as the GDPR or Brazil’s LGPD apply, we rely on: taking steps you asked for before entering into an agreement (reviewing your application); our legitimate interests in replying to messages and keeping our systems secure; your consent, where we ask for it, which you can withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with people and services who need it to do their job for us, and never publicly:

• Members of our team, all of whom sign a non-disclosure agreement.
• Service providers that help us run the business: Vercel, which hosts this website; FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers applications sent through the website form to our inbox; and our email provider. They act on our instructions and must keep your information confidential.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where the law requires it, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If an application does not lead to working together, we delete it within 12 months. If we do work together, we keep your information for as long as our agreement lasts and afterwards only for as long as the law requires, for example for tax and accounting records. You can ask us to delete your application sooner at any time.

How we protect it

Access to your information is limited to the people who need it, everyone on our team is bound by confidentiality, and we protect our accounts and systems with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the same care with your data that we take with your identity.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you and give you a copy.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your information.
• Restrict or object to how we use it.
• Send your information to you or another service in a portable format.
• Withdraw any consent you have given.

Adults only

Our services are only for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
